Chunghwa Telecom adopts contactless kiosk from PHiStek
In the post-epidemic era and digital capabilities demanding of consumers, Chunghwa Telecom worked with system integrator planning a personalized and self-service service center in the East District of Xinyi District, Taipei City. This flagship service center contains smart home & video entertainment experience display areas, which equipped with video entertainment, sports health applications.
The flagship service center opened in December 2021. Chunghwa Telecom & system integrator worked with PHiStek plan a contactless service application providing customers who can use spoken voice to pick up the ticket from the ticketing machine, and through the new module of body temperature and mask wearing sensing of this new kiosk helped to assist in epidemic prevention.
Chunghwa Telecom's new ticketing machine is a multi-functional kiosk (Kiosk model NO. X150 ) jointly developed by PHiStek and system Integrator. The application of kiosk provides consumers with more diverse application options in improving epidemic prevention.
